| The Issue "Ancient Letter-Lontarak"... "The ancient letter" as one of the art tradition products in Sulawesi, Indonesia in which I want to drive my work or as the central issue in my work (sculpture and video) in following this program. Entering inside, communicating softly gives me proud because it shows my identity a part of the high-culture product and I can see myself very happy... To give more colours in this idea, I will also try to dissolve or mix The AL with ritual, poem, sound-language, documentations and rather- hidden messages in order to get a new direction and balance. When I star working in this field, questions or big remarks that I face are how to drive the ancient letter that already had the canonical form and how far to modernize the form - meaning in order to put my inclining as an artist in.
