| BACKGROUND The focus of the Interior Design courses not only deal with aspects of professional creativity. In the context of client and/or commissioner requirements and the constructed environment, skills such as investigating and communicating the personal, organizational and social aspects of the interior design process must reach an advanced level. At the same time, Interior Design is not just the creation of a set of functions, shapes, materials and constructions in a spatial setting. Above all, Interior Design is the art of creating circumstances with the capacity to articulate specific life styles. TOPICAL PROFESSION 21st-century interior design requires a network of departments and disciplines. The Master programme of Interior Design is developed to create a 21st-century multiplicity interior design attitude involving a variety of professional design skills as well as the capacity to participate in a topical interior design discourse. |
