To Seminar, conceptualized by MaHKU dean Henk Slager, is a research exhibition on the seminar as a model that offers an alternative for learning and knowledge transference. The aim of the exhibition is to break the associated deadlock of the so-called “educational turn” in art through a rethinking of philosopher Roland Barthes’ concept of “seminar.”
A series of public gatherings—performances, talks, screenings, etc.—takes place in the course of this exhibition-as-seminar. Check the programme and come along. No registration required.
